A Scheme for Promotion of Innovation, Rural Industry and Entrepreneurship
The ASPIRE Scheme aims to create new jobs and reduce unemployment by promoting entrepreneurship and innovation, especially in the agro-based industry. It facilitates innovation and knowledge-based enterprises through Livelihood Business Incubators (LBI), Technology Business Incubators (TBI), and Fund of Funds managed by SIDBI.

Encourage technology innovation and entrepreneurship in MSME and startup sectors.
Support startups through venture capital funds managed by SIDBI.
Eligible institutions include NSIC, KVIC, Coir Board, existing incubators, universities, R&D labs, industry associations, and private bodies. LBIs can receive up to ₹100 lakh and TBIs up to ₹150 lakh for infrastructure and operational expenses.
